Nice bathtub and comfortable superior room.
In shorts: Way too expensive for what it is. To be fair we arrived about one week after the opening (Feb 2013) so it is normal to face some glitches. However given all the unpleasant events that happened we would say that they should simply have not open. There was no sign / signboard pointing in the right direction or even at the entrance, which has been quite a difficulty on our arrival: the address on Booked.net was wrong (at least at the time of booking) and it took a big hour to find the house, based on the Booked.net picture... The first room we booked had only a shower (while a bathtub was advertised on Booked.net), so we decided to upgrade to a superior room with a nice bathtub (knowing that the superior room is basically exactly the same as the normal room we believe USD 30 per night only for a bathtub is quite expensive). Coming back in the evening we found out that water was leaking from the ceiling (yes, it was raining quite heavily) so we were moved (because we asked) to another room. In this new room the bathtub was broken. The staff was not helpful as they seem not to understand English very well. Since we were kind of stuck by the rain we decided to have diner at the hotel, once again not very good and expensive for what it was. The room where diner and breakfast are served is really noisy since located just beside the stairs leading to the kitchen/quarters. We were in a hurry for the breakfast as we wanted to catch a train and the service was extremely slow, we repeatedly said to the staff we were in a hurry but decided to leave when cereals were finally brought to us after 15 mins... On top of all that the manager did not seem to be very business minded or client pleasing: we gently asked for some discount because of all the problems but nothing was done. Despite all the above, the house itself is nice, with modern design, but it should not be named a hotel, given the very very low level of service.

New facilities. The staff is nice.
It is definately not a five star hotel. It is a guest house. Too expensive, does not worth the money. The service is not professional. The breakfast is too sample and slow, just some breads.

The very comfortable and well fitted rooms
The breakfasts were well below the standard expected as they were very limited and poor value.also the dining rooms were very sparsely furnished and lacked any charm.
